Michael currently works at an Apple Distinguished school, The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys, in Abu Dhabi, which is an American curriculum school with a one-to-one iPad program. As the Digital and Innovation Lead for Grades 4-11, he works with departments and grades to create deeper learning experiences using Apple technology. Michael is an Apple Professional Learning Specialist and Apple Distinguished Educator and enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas and resources with people around the world.

Karen is an Early Years teacher and head of ICT in a large primary school in Northern Ireland. She is passionate about using Apple technology with children from an early age and is constantly pushing the limits of what her youngest pupils can achieve. Her classroom motto is “We can do hard things” and her youngest pupils definitely prove that through their enthusiasm and ability to explore, create and collaborate.
